Filters
In this filter you can load the various parameters to find the conversation you are looking for in the file. It has several items to filter, I will explain them below:
Agent: allows you to search by name of the agent who attended the communication.
AI: allows you to search by direct interaction with the AI.
Channel: allows you to search by communication channel (whatsapp, instagram, etc.).
Client: allows you to search by name of the client who maintained the communication.
From/To: allows you to search for communications established between both dates.
Search: to execute the action.
